In the preparation of Food, purchasing and processing is very important. While purchasing raw materials any kind of negligence may cost several life. It is also important to avoid agency purchasing other than direct purchase from grower / Manufacturer. Nammura Hotel Limited is directly connected to grower and manufacturer to avoid all kind of adulteration in raw material (Karnataka oil federation, Safal, Bangalore Dairy, Byadagi Chilly growers federation. South canara Coconut growers association etc).

One has to follow a standard and scientifically correct process. Being cost conscious, most of the hotels and restaurants do not meet these ‘process’ standards. Originality, taste, aroma, colour, etc are to be retained in any kind of food. For the retention, some of the standard procedures need to be followed, which we take care.

Vegetables:
Vegetables are commonly used raw materials, which are fresh, more prone to hazards.

Rice:
The other raw material rice is used for most of preparation. Purposeful adulteration more commonly found for commercial benefit.

Oil:
Basic raw material for most of food preparation, which we have to take additional care while purchasing and storing.

Dairy Products:
Most of biological food hazards carry through dairy products like milk, Curd Cottage cheese Etc. It is very important that purchasing should make through registered vendors like Bangalore dairy or any other ISO Certified companies. Also the purchased quantity should be according to the daily requirement.


The above process control takes care of all types of hazards, namely, Biological, Chemical and Physical.
